Should you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit, you can:
- Refuse to accept the delivery of your poor order and demand the delivery company return the product to sender. We will then provide you with a replacement order.
- If you have already accepted delivery and then notice the product has been damaged during transit, we will arrange to collect the full order. We will then provide you with a replacement order.
Should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately on +61 8 8299 7506. Please return the remainder of the faulty product to us and we will provide you with a replacement product. |
