REFUND POLICY

Should you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit, you can:

  1. Refuse to accept the delivery of your poor order and demand the delivery company return the product to sender. We will then provide you with a replacement order.
  2. If you have already accepted delivery and then notice the product has been damaged during transit, we will arrange to collect the full order. We will then provide you with a replacement order.

Should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately on +61 8 8299 7506. Please return the remainder of the faulty product to us and we will provide you with a replacement product.
